Minimum 4.0 average across Google, BBB, or similar. We look for response patterns, not just star count.
Responsive ops
Partners must accept jobs and respond to customers within reasonable windows or they cycle out of rotation.
Annual re-verification
Licenses, insurance, and review track records are re-checked every 12 months.
Customer feedback loop
We follow up after connections. Patterns of complaints are documented and acted on.
